We have paid attention to the following features:
Frame
  • Quality
Our frames are produced according to the highest quality standards. Of course, all JAISON frames meet the requirements for impact and fatigue resistance specified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and have been tested accordingly.
  • Standover Height
The standover height of our children's road bike frames is as low as possible. This means they have a short distance between the ground and the top tube. This allows JAISON children's road bikes to be ridden with shorter legs and thus by smaller body sizes, even with larger wheels.
  • Riding Position
We rely on shortened head tubes and small stack-to-reach values. This combination makes our road bikes what they were developed to be: agile, aggressive, yet extremely controllable racing machines. Additionally, with this value, we take into account the child-specific body proportions of a tendentially longer torso in relation to leg length.
  • Weight
Weight is one of the most important characteristics of every part that finds its way onto a JAISON bike. The frame is, of course, no exception.

We have paid attention to the following features:
  • 1/3 Cranks
The length of the crank arms is one of the characteristics of a children's bicycle that is often neglected. Unfortunately, cranks that are far too long are often installed. On the one hand, an efficient cadence can hardly be achieved, and on the other hand, large lean angles in corners are impossible because the pedals hit the ground. In addition, excessively long cranks, especially for children in their growth phase, pose a risk of knee injury. Our crank arms are short enough to allow for an efficient pedal stroke with a high cadence, yet long enough to generate proper torque. For the All Out 28, we install a 2-speed crankset with smaller chainrings. Our 46/30 combination allows kids an extremely high top speed, as well as a small gear as a lifeline on longer, steep climbs.
  • 2/3 Wheels
Lightweight wheels are a crucial factor in children's bicycles and play a central role in the riding experience and safety of young cyclists. Lightweight wheels make handling the bike easier. Children can maneuver, steer, and stop the bike more easily. This promotes confidence and control over the bicycle. With lighter wheels, children have to exert less force to get the bike moving and keep it going. A bike with lightweight wheels reacts faster to steering movements and braking maneuvers. This can be crucial to avoid accidents. Better handling and faster reactions thus contribute significantly to the child's safety. Ultimately, a bike with lightweight wheels is simply more fun. That's why we choose very light rims for the construction of our wheels, combine them with outstanding hubs with double-sealed ball bearings, and install light yet extremely stiff spokes. Jaison wheels are super light and yet so robust that they pass all tests in the test laboratory, even with increased requirements and higher forces.
  • 3/3 Handlebar
Road bike handlebars for children with a small reach/drop and narrow width are of great importance for the safety and comfort of young cyclists. Our special handlebars are designed to perfectly match children's body measurements, which offers several advantages. Handlebars with a small reach (distance to the brake lever) and drop (distance between upper and lower grip positions) allow children to adopt an ergonomic riding position. This reduces strain on the back and shoulders and prevents premature fatigue. The narrow width of the handlebars is optimally adapted to children's narrower shoulders. This improves control over the bike, which is particularly important in corners and at higher speeds. Children feel safer and have more confidence in their riding skills. Thus, our special, child-friendly road bike handlebars contribute significantly to ergonomics, control, safety, and riding fun, enabling young cyclists to better develop their skills and increase their enjoyment of cycling.
